For example in your history; how did you learn, from whom, what were the ways in which you were attached to others, with what effect, how has that contributed to your current functioning. Which important life events, traumas or other events have been very influential.
This way discovering can lead to new insights. By working on other skills we offer opportunities to restore or renew the connection with that important person.
